Perched on a hillside, the Labatie Holiday cottage boasts a superb suspended terrace with panoramic views over the village of Labâtie-d'Andaure and the Monts d'Ardèche Natural Park. The peace and quiet here are perfect for relaxing and getting away from it all. The owners, who grow organic blueberries and chestnuts, also live in this small hamlet at 650 m altitude, and there's another independent Holiday cottage. Pets are welcome.
Labatie is a cosy studio, ideal for a nature getaway. Adjoining the owners' home, it offers an intimate and comfortable setting. As soon as you enter, you'll discover a bright, carefully appointed living room: a functional kitchenette and a cosy lounge area with a wood-burning stove, perfect for cosy evenings. Continuing on, an open-plan bedroom with a 140 cm bed invites you to relax. From your bed, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside, offering a gentle wake-up call. The bathroom is complete with shower, bath and WC, and the suspended terrace is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast overlooking the mountains or dinner under the stars, in a peaceful and rejuvenating atmosphere.
The hamlet of Le Bosc, nestled in the heart of nature, is an ideal starting point for numerous Hiking and biking trails through the unspoilt landscapes of the Monts d'Ardèche. Just a few kilometers away, Lake Devesset invites you to swim and take part in water sports, while villages of character such as Desaignes offer a rich heritage to discover. Gourmets will love the local farmers' markets, a veritable treasure trove of flavors. Access to the Holiday cottage is via a pretty, picturesque road, adding to the charm of the place.

Gîte confortable et agréable avec vue panoramique. Les volets nous ont sauvés de la canicule et heureusement le soir et le matin le frais était de retour. Possibilités de baignade dans les alentours fort appréciées et belles balades.

Marin & M-C Séjour au Bosc
Nous avons passés un excellent séjour à la ferme du Bosc. Le gîte est très confortable avec une vue magnifique sur la nature et Labatie d’Andaure. C’est un lieu parfait pour se reposer et se balader en forêt et profiter de la rivière.

R.H. Wunderbare Ferienwohnung mit Aussicht
Sehr ruhig gelegene Wohnung am Ende einer einspurigen Straße. Schöne Aussicht auf das Dorf Labatie d´Andaure und das Tal des Doux. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Terasse hat den ganzen Tag Sonne und ist bei gutem Wetter perfekt für Frühstück oder Grillen (Gasgrill vorhanden). Es gibt einen kleinen Hofladen in dem die Gastgeber ihre selbsthergestellten Marmeladen, Säfte und Maronenprodukte verkaufen. Sehr lecker und bio. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und diskret, leben in einem andern Gebäudeteil des Gehöfts.
Von der Wohnung aus kann man direkt verschiedene Wanderungen unternehmen. z.B. zum Chateau Rochebloine von dem bis auf einen Mauerrest nichts mehr steht. Aber der Blick geht bis zu den Alpen im Osten oder zum Mont Menzenc im Westen. Ebenfalls empfehlenswert: Fahrradtouren auf der Doce Via einer ehemaligen Bahnstrecke ab Lamastre.

Marion Séjour très agréable
Nous avons passé une petite semaine début mars dans ce gîte, le séjour a été très agréable ! Le logement est très cosy et bien équipé, au calme et dans un endroit magnifique. De nombreuses randonnées et balades sans avoir à prendre la voiture, avec même des itinéraires mis à disposition par Etienne, c'était parfait.
Le poêle parfait pour les fins de journée encore fraiches à cette saison.
Nous avons été très bien accueillis et profité de la boutique pour rentrer avec de nombreux produits de la ferme pour se régaler !- Cleanliness

Perrine Repos au vert
Séjour en hiver, parfait pour une déconnexion. Gîte très agréable pour deux personnes. Supers randos accessibles et bien préparées par le propriétaire sur des fiches, lieu idéal pour se ressourcer à l’air pur et au calme.
