Your gîte 'la Vincoune' is a pretty detached house overlooking a superb Cévennes valley.
It's the ideal place to rest and recharge your batteries. Enjoy the terrace with its beautiful view, the orchard planted with olive trees and actinidias, cultivated organically and regularly tended by the owner.
The gîte comprises a living room with sofa, integrated kitchenette, bedroom with 1 x 160 x 200 bed, small mezzanine above the bedroom with access via a ladder (1 x 1 bed).
Shower room, separate WC. Electric heating and wood-burning stove.
Linen is provided free of charge, except for sheets, which can be rented.
There are plenty of swimming opportunities on the Sûre and Chassezac rivers within a radius of 3 to 8 km. You're 8 km from Les Vans, a pretty village that's very lively all year round with its markets and cultural events. If you're a hiker, you'll find plenty of trails in the Bois de Païolive, the Chassezac gorges and the Thines valley.... And if you're an outdoor enthusiast, you can go canoeing, climbing or caving. The owner is an avid beekeeper and offers a warm welcome. At the end of the road, an idyllic setting for dreaming... !
