La Villa Syrah

Situated near Tournon (freeway exit less than 20 minutes away) on the heights of Mauves, in the heart of one of the Rhône Valley's most famous vineyards, Villa Syrah offers exceptional views of the Alps. The holiday cottage is set in a quiet, natural environment, surrounded by vineyards. Numerous hiking and mountain bike trails from the gîte take you through the Vineyard of Saint-Joseph. This contemporary architect-designed villa has been tastefully furnished. You'll be delighted by its modern decor and quality materials. The emphasis has also been placed on ecology, with the use of solar energy for the production of hot water and electricity. Villa Syrah is equipped to welcome people with reduced mobility, with the kitchen, shower room and one of the bedrooms specially equipped for this purpose. Inside, the Holiday cottage comprises a large air-conditioned living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, a sitting area with sofa, armchairs, TV, Bluetooth speaker and wood-burning stove. Large windows give access to 2 terraces for pleasant outdoor moments. On the same level, you'll find a first bedroom with 1 x 160 cm bed (or two single beds on request), a dressing table and a desk. The second PMR-accessible bedroom is equipped with a 160 cm electric bed (or two single beds on request), a dressing table and a desk. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and feature high-quality bedding. The PRM-accessible bathroom features a large walk-in shower, washbasin and WC. Separate WCs are accessible from the laundry room. Washing machine and dryer are at your disposal. Beds made on arrival and bathroom linen provided, Villa Syrah is the ideal place to spend quality time with family or friends (maximum 4 people) and discover the Hermitage-Tournonais area.
