La Villa Olivia

The house is on 2 levels. The ground floor features an open, welcoming living area, where light flows freely.
Large windows offer a beautiful view of the garden or outdoors. The overall atmosphere is calm and welcoming. On one side, the living area with comfortable sofas, (fireplace in decoration), on the other, a dining area. The fully-equipped kitchen is functional. To preserve the local charm of Ardèche-Méridionale, a few pieces of antique furniture recall the region's history and add a touch of character to this modern space. A 2nd living room for listening to music or reading in peace and quiet, with access to the small covered terrace. A large bedroom (160cm bed) decorated in soothing tones and elegantly furnished. Shower room (Italian shower), separate toilet.
Upstairs, a mezzanine provides a study perfectly suited to Telework, 1 master bedroom (160cm bed) in soft colors and refined decor, a 2nd shower room with wc. To access these 2 rooms, there's a walk-through bedroom designed for Kids (2 x 80cm beds + 2 pull-out beds sleeping 4). From here, access to the roof terrace to take full advantage of the landscape. Here, everything is designed to combine comfort and authenticity (beds are made up).
Outside, you'll find a garden and a Piscine surrounded by deckchairs for sunbathing. Relaxation area with armchairs and coffee tables to enjoy the ambient calm. Dining areas on terraces accessible from the kitchen. Here, you can enjoy your meals al fresco, in the shade of the shade sails.

The region offers a wealth of places to visit, including the picturesque villages of Balazuc, Labeaume and Vogüé, as well as emblematic sites such as the Ardèche Gorges and Pont d'Arc. Not forgetting the many outdoor activities, hiking, canoeing, etc. Local shops in Largentière, 5 minutes by car.
