La Villa Marysa

A City vacation to discover the wonders of the Ardèche!

Villa Marysa is located in a quiet neighborhood of Aubenas, close to shops.

You can explore the city of Aubenas with its castle, as well as the historic villages of Vogüé, Balazuc, and Antraïgues-sur-Volane, and the picturesque villages of Jaujac, Les Vans.

It is a detached house with, on the first floor, a large 16-square-meter veranda, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom (with a 160 cm bed), and a bathroom with a toilet.
On the second level, you will find two additional bedrooms (one with a 160 cm bed, the other with two 90 cm beds), and a second bathroom with a toilet.
Air conditioning is available only in the living room.
Outside, a large 2,500 m² property provides plenty of space to relax. Kids will have room to play and swing on the playground. A small pond will delight both kids and adults from May through mid-October.
Pétanque balls will be available for your games.
