Villa Marysa is located in a quiet area of Aubenas, close to the shops.
You'll discover the City of Aubenas with its castle, as well as the listed villages of Vogüé, Balazuc, Antraïgues-sur-Volane and the typical villages of Jaujac and Les Vans.
On the 1st floor, this detached house features a large 16 m2 veranda, a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom (160cm bed) and a bathroom with toilet.
On the 2nd level, you'll find 2 further bedrooms (one with a 160cm bed, the other with 2 90cm beds), a 2nd bathroom with toilet.
Air-conditioning is only available in the living room.
Outside, a large 2500 m2 plot of land is ideal for relaxing. Kids will have plenty of room to play and swing on the swing set.
Petanque balls are available for your games.
You'll also enjoy cultural and outdoor activities: Hiking, mountain biking, via ferrata, canyoning, swimming, sightseeing.....

Ardéchois d'origine, nous sommes investis dans le domaine du tourisme et plus particulièrement dans le locatif saisonnier depuis plus de 30 ans. Nous avions à cœur de rénover ces deux maisons de famille. Amateurs de gastronomie et de bons vins, nous essaierons de vous faire partager les bonnes adresses pour les activités, circuits, repas gourmands, sorties culturelles, villages classés.... Tout ce qui fait le bonheur des ardéchois et des visiteurs du département de l'Ardèche. Pratiquant le vélo, la randonnée, le golf et le ski de fond, l'Ardèche nous offre un joli terrain de jeu. Nous faisons également de la danse de société et Maryse de la céramique d'art. Maryse et Bernard.
