Pretty and pleasant 120m² house located 5 minutes from Vallon Pont d'Arc. It has a vast 1500m² shaded enclosed garden.
Completely private Piscine available 01.06 to 30.09, measuring 9.80m x 4.80m, 1.20m deep, flat-bottomed, with its 100m² Beach secured by a chlorine alarm and unheated.
Fully equipped kitchen, large 45m² living and dining room.
3 bedrooms (2 beds 140, 4 beds 90), 2 WCs, 2 shower rooms, covered terrace, sun loungers. Oil heating included.
Barbecue, ping-pong table, boules, badminton, swing.

Will Vacance with a capital V
We enjoyed our stay very very much. The house and garden and pool were great. Of course the house is sa little bit older but in good shape. What maybe could be empowered are the beds (small size and a little bit overdated).
Nearby are beautiful places and villages to visit and wander. Small thing left: when you walk out of the gate, you come on a D-road without much space for wanderers.
But that is a detail, overall: we had a marvelous stay. With thanks for the host Jérome.- Cleanliness
