The Villa des Chênes is located in the heart of the old family farmhouse, which has been completely renovated as a vacation home.
Quality services: heated saltwater swimming pool from late April to late September (dim 4x8 - depth 1.50, barrier + cover), spa available all year round, boules, gaming room with table soccer and for the little ones, trampoline, swing and slide.
For your meals or moments of relaxation, a privileged setting on this large wooden terrace, overlooking the Piscine and garden!

The house offers all modern comforts and refined decor. Beds made on arrival, Linen supplied.
First floor: lovely air-conditioned living room with sitting area, dining area with fitted kitchen, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (one with a 160cm bed, the other with 2 90cm beds), shower room, laundry room, separate toilet.
Upstairs: mezzanine lounge with library, table soccer, sofa bed and extra bed, 1 air-conditioned master suite with 180cm bed, bathroom and large dressing room, separate wc.
Ideal location for exploring the region: Aubenas and its Château less than 10 minutes' walk from the Holiday cottage, the Ardèche Gorges, the Pont d'Arc and the famous Chauvet2-Ardèche caves less than 30 minutes away by car, the villages of character Antraigues-sur-Volane, famous for Jean Ferrat, Vogüé and its Château, Balazuc, Jaujac, Vals-les-Bains with its Thermal baths and Casino, not forgetting the markets where you can sample all the specialties of the Ardèche.
