Situated 4 km from the village of St Julien Labrousse and around 14 km from Le Cheylard, Lamastre and Vernoux, in a green and peaceful setting, we offer you our small independent stone house on an unfenced plot of land, 200 meters from the farm and our house. Our gite comprises a living room, kitchenette (2-seater convertible sofa), wall-mounted TV, 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds (140 cm x 190 cm) (5 steps lead up to the bedrooms), a shower room and separate WC. Filter coffee maker. Electric heating. Enjoy the gîte's terrace and grounds. About 10 km away, you can visit the village of Chalencon, discover the Chemin de Fer Le Mastrou in Lamastre, about 15 km away, or take a refreshing dip at the Eyrium aquatic center in Le Cheylard, about 14 km away.

Gîte très agréable, bien équipé, style à l'ancienne, en pleine nature, très bel environnement calme ,en altitude.
Savoir toutefois qu'il faut faire 10km pour descendre dans la vallée.
Pour les cyclistes amateurs l'accès à la Dolce Via à Nonieres est à éviter.- Cleanliness

Le gîte est merveilleusement situé dans un environnement calme nous étions venus pour découvrir la région à vélo c'était magnifique les routes bien entretenues et peu fréquentées.les propriétaires sont accueillants et disponibles.
