Set on the 1st floor of a fully restored stone house, this gîte is perfect for a two-person stay.
The entrance is shared with a second Holiday cottage in the same building.

Inside, you'll find modern, bright, air-conditioned accommodation designed with your comfort in mind.
The bedroom is elegant and spacious, with a king-size bed (160cm) and en-suite shower room with walk-in shower. From the window, the view plunges down to the olive groves, offering a gentle wake-up call.

The living area combines a cosy lounge with sofa bed, a convivial dining area and a top-of-the-range open kitchen.
You'll enjoy a private, intimate and tranquil terrace, ideal for al fresco dining or relaxing in the peace and quiet after a day of exploring.

To make sure your vacation gets off to a light start, everything is taken care of: beds are made on arrival, towels are provided, and end-of-stay cleaning is included.

Just a stone's throw from the Holiday cottage, you can stroll through the narrow streets of Banne, discovering its art galleries and small cafés, and enjoying the authentic atmosphere of a lively village, especially during the markets and summer events.

The surrounding area is full of wonders to explore: the Gorges du Chassezac, the Bois de Païolive, the perched villages of Naves, Balazuc and Labeaume, not forgetting the famous Grotte Chauvet 2 and the Pont d'Arc.
