Large Holiday cottage in a renovated stone farmhouse, with a superb terrace, a great place to live. Just 5 minutes from Joyeuse and Lablachère. The Holiday cottage opens onto a magnificent 100 m² sunny terrace with relax area, a grassy area shaded by an arbour and a dining area under a 12 m² stone shelter. Inside, fully-equipped modern kitchen, rustic living/dining room, bedroom with 1 140cm bed and 2 90cm Bunk beds, 2nd bedroom with 140cm bed and sofa, shower room with shower cubicle, separate WC. Oil heating. Private parking in front of Holiday cottage. Piscine* and playground shared by Holiday cottage and owner's son's campsite. Major shops 4 km away. On-site Vineyard trail offering the chance to discover the vineyards and the village of Lablachère with its beautiful stone houses. For fortnightly rentals in low season, please contact the owner. 1/2 hour from the Chauvet2 cave, the Ardèche gorges and the Pont D'Arc. Canoeing at 10 km, villages of character, castles, Hiking or cycling, you can enjoy many outdoor activities within half an hour's drive. We'll be delighted to share our knowledge of the region with you and tell you all about the activities that interest you. *Pool info: 15x6 m depth 0.5m to 1m80 + 5 x 7 m depth 1m30, open from June to September, weather permitting/ Unheated/ Chlorine/ Barriers and safety gate.

Johan Comme chez mamie mais cadre exterieur au top
Gite un peu vieillot à l'interieur mais très agréable à l'exterieur (avec sa grande terrasse idéale pour que les enfants puissent jouer, ses tables exterieures et sa chouette vue). Sans oublier l'aire de jeux pour enfants et la piscine (pas accessible à notre saison).
Il est indiqué connexion internet dans la description du gite cependant il n'y a aucun wifi accessible donc sujet à revoir.
Ces gites ne sont pas la priorité de l'ensemble touristique mais à voir si un petit relooking interieur ne serait pas possible? (portes à l'interieur du gite qui coincent et qui grincent par exemple)
Pour info, des maniques serait necessaires pour ne pas se bruler lors de l'utilisation du four.- Cleanliness

Juan Relaxing and comfortable stay in the sun
We spent a wonderful fortnight here in the second half of August. We spent quite a lot of time at the gite itself - the huge private terrace was great for sunbathing, reading, doing yoga, eating, admiring the lovely view of hills and valleys. The swimming pool was good for cooling off in the mid-30s temperatures. We found it to be really well-situated for swimming and canoeing in the local rivers (Ardèche and Chassezac), climbing (eg Mazet Plage and Cirque de Gens), via ferrata (Pont du Diable and Lac de Villefort) and touristy visits (eg Joyeuse night market, Balazuc 'prettiest village', quirky Montreal castle). The owners were helpful and there if we needed but kept a low profile and left us to our own devices. All in all we had a fabulously relaxing and comfortable time and would highly recommend this gite.

Martin774 EXCELLENT GITE
L’emplacement du gîte est parfait. La vue imprenable sur les reliefs de l’Ardèche sont géniaux.
L’accès à la piscine, le terrain de pétanque sont un vrai plus. L’extérieur du gîte est agréable toute la journée grave à son coin ombragé.
Je recommande ce logement que vous soyez en famille ou entre amis
