La Source Avellan

La Source Avellan is a superb, totally independent Ardéchoise house, nestled between 2 streams, in the hollow of a valley, which was home to a sparkling mineral water spring at the foot of the Mountain sung by Jean Ferrat. This luxury home, completely renovated in 2017, can accommodate up to 15 people. It boasts a private 10 m x 5 m heated swimming pool open from early May to mid-October, a 7-seater Jacuzzi heated to 37 degrees (optional) and a 30-hectare estate planted with chestnut trees. We guarantee you a stay in absolute peace and quiet. The house is laid out on 2 levels, completely separate from each other. The large living room opens onto an impressive enclosed terrace overlooking the Piscine. On the second floor, you'll find: a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, a large living room with fireplace and wood-burning stove, 2 master bedrooms: one with a 160cm bed, the other with 2 90cm beds that can be joined to make a 180cm bed (private shower room and WC in each bedroom), 1 Kids bedroom (2 Bunk beds), shower room and separate WC. On the first floor, a second sleeping area with 1 bedroom (2 beds 90 that can be joined to make 1 bed 180 and 1 bed 90, shower room and WC), 2 bedrooms (bed 160, shower room and private WC in each bedroom). Fully equipped house: Bluetooth mobile speaker, flat-screen TV, bed linen and towels included, ping-pong, hammock, pizza oven, plancha, swing, pétanque court. Cleaning during your stay possible (optional). We're 5 minutes from the famous village of Antraigues (Jean Ferrat country, legendary stages of the Monté Carlo Rally) and 15 minutes from the spa town of Vals les Bains (Piscine, treatments, Casino, Cinema, accro-branche, all shops and activities).
