Take advantage of the private Piscine, open from May to October, and the heated Spa, available all year round.
Pleasant moments also await you on the terrace around a barbecue with a superb view of the Monts d'Ardèche.

The location is ideal for discovering the region's character-filled villages: Antraigues-sur-Volane, famous for Jean Ferrat's village, Jaujac, Vals-les-Bains with its Thermal baths and Casino, Aubenas and its Château, not forgetting the Ardèche Gorges, the Pont d'Arc and the Grotte Chauvet2-Ardèche.

Near the "Ardèche" and "Lignon" rivers, you can go for a swim or a walk.
Shops are in Pont de Labeaume or Jaujac, just a few minutes' drive away.
Don't forget to visit the local markets for Ardèche specialities!
Many Hiking and other activities: via ferrata at Thueyts, canyoning in the Besorgue valley, accrobranche, horse riding, canoeing...

The house is set in grounds of approx. 800 m2, with automatic entrance gate.
Inside, a spacious living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge with sofa bed, large flat-screen TV, WiFi.
2 bedrooms (one with a 160cm bed, the other with 2 90cm beds), shower room with walk-in shower. Separate WC.
