Access to the village of Labeaume and its famous Beaches at 700 m via a magnificent footpath.
This stone house has been fitted out over 2 levels with 2 Holiday cottages, not overlooked.
On the ground floor, the Holiday cottage la Soleïade comfortably sleeps 2.
The stone walls add charm and a cosy atmosphere to your stay.
Inside, you'll find a living room with kitchenette and cosy sitting area. The bedroom, with a 160cm bed, will seduce you with its stone vaulted ceiling. Small bathroom with shower and separate WC.
Baby equipment available on request. Bed linen provided.
Holiday cottage on first floor, built using traditional materials (stone, wood) with a covered terrace. With a view over the vineyards, it's the ideal place to enjoy a meal in any weather, or to barbecue.
Enclosed private outdoor space, perfect if you'd like to bring your pets.
Private parking. Internet connection in a room shared by all Holiday cottages.

Tango Beau sejour
Le cadre est idéal pour se reposer.Ideallement placé au centre de jolies villages de caractères. Nous avons meme eu un matin la visite d'un chevreuil juste à côté de la maison. La place à l'ombre sous l'avancée pour la voiture. Une partie close pour le toutou. Que du bonheur. Sans oublier la gentillesse de la Propriétaire des lieux. Je recommande sans hésité.

On va revenir,çà c'est certain.On va en parler autour de nous,sans modération.Un blabla devant les chataignes qui grillent.Bon accueil de Madame,les hommes rénovent et embellissent les lieux en prévision de la future saison 2025.Si vous cherchez le calme et la tranquillité,venez poser vos valises,vous ne le regretterez pas.

Tout était parfait l'accueil de Madame Jouve personne chaleureuse, l'appartement était très agréable.Nous avons passé un bon séjour balades sportives,nombreux petits villages typiques à visiter, L'Ardèche est une région magnifique.
