Whether you prefer lazing by the Piscine or adventuring in the great outdoors, this house ticks all the boxes for a successful vacation!

Located in a quiet, leafy setting, it offers all modern comforts for a relaxing, convivial stay.
Air-conditioned, beautifully decorated and fully equipped, it can accommodate 6 to 8 people in its 3 bedrooms, one of which has direct access to the terrace and swimming pool.

Inside:
You'll enjoy a bright living room, open to the outside, with a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and cosy lounge. Everything is designed to make you feel at home, with air conditioning for hot days and all the necessary equipment. There are 3 bedrooms with 2 x 160cm beds and 2 x 90cm beds, a large shower room with Italian shower and a separate toilet.

Beds made on arrival, towels and Piscine included.

Outside:
Garden side: a private swimming pool for cooling off, a 15m² covered terrace for meals in the shade, and a large 75m² terrace opening onto the oak trees to savor the calm of the surrounding nature.

Just 5 minutes away, don't miss the Aven d'Orgnac, classified as a Grand Site de France - a spectacular place to visit with the whole family. The nearby Gorges de l'Ardèche and the famous Pont d'Arc are perfect for a day's canoeing, swimming or Hiking. Character villages such as Barjac and Aigueze await you, with their typical markets and narrow streets.
