La Sarrazine

Your Holiday cottage is in the heart of a small hamlet surrounded by fields.
It's in the south of the Ardèche close to the Gard region, near the Bois de Païolive and the Chassezac gorges, famous for their rock-climbing sites. The Ardèche gorges and the Grotte Chauvet2 are some twenty kilometers away.

Take a refreshing dip in the gated Piscine*.

Take advantage of the large terrace with sunny pergola. There's also a garden with a pétanque court and games for kids and adults.

The Holiday cottage is on the first floor of a stone house, adjoining a dwelling house (not overlooked). Access is via a staircase attached to the carport available for your vehicles.
Inside, you'll find a lounge area with sofas and connected TV, an air-conditioned living room with a kitchen opening onto the lovely terrace.
For your comfort, there are now (2024) 3 bedrooms with 160cm beds. An air-conditioned attic bedroom with 3 single beds (90cm) is ideal for Kids. The last bedroom also has 3 90x200 beds. There are two shower rooms and two separate WCs.

Electric heating and baby equipment.

An accessible greenway passes 50m from the Holiday cottage and can take you to the surrounding villages.

If you're a nature-lover or a heritage-lover, you'll be seduced by the beauty of the countryside. You can visit the pretty listed villages of Banne, Naves, Barjac, Labeaume and the medieval cities of Joyeuse and Largentière. There are many signposted Hiking trails. And for swimming, there are beautiful beaches along the Chassezac.

If you're a lover of wines and other local produce, you'll be sure to treat your taste buds to a tasting of all these products at the markets in Les Vans... A great address for a wonderful getaway!
