The 'La Salamandre' gîte is located in the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Nature Park, in a small hamlet 3 km from the village of Burzet.
Nestled in the heart of unspoilt countryside, it can be reached via a small, bucolic road.
It has 2 terraces, one of which is covered, both of which are ideal for meals (plancha available).
Lots of character with beams, exposed stonework and a large fireplace with wood-burning insert (€30 charge).
The bedroom (140cm bed) has direct access to one of the terraces. The bathroom has a shower and toilet (towels provided).
Electric heating. Baby equipment available on request. Parking nearby.
Although on one level, this gîte is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. This large house includes the owners' accommodation and a 2nd gîte for 3 people (possibility of renting the 2 together).
Small shops and market in the village of Burzet. This is a region with an interesting geological heritage. See the basaltic flows of the Cascade du Ray Pic, the volcanic organs at Jaujac, the Gerbier des Joncs juices or the Lac d'Issarlès. Other sites worth a visit include the Pont du Diable at Thueyts, and the listed villages of Meyras and Antraigues... Further south, Aubenas is the gateway to Ardèche Méridionale. An ideal region for fishing, hiking and cycling.

    Magnifique pour les amoureux de la nature et calm

    Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux et avons pu nous ressourcer complètement. Le silence est une expérience en soi. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la proximité avec la nature et les eaux claires. Sans oublier l'eau potable délicieuse ! La maison est aménagée avec beaucoup d'attention aux détails et nous n'avons manqué de rien. Un grand merci à Monsieur Claude et à sa compagne, nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise chez vous !

    Gîte (a)typique

    De par sa localisation dans les hauteurs de Burzet, ses veilles pierres et son écrin de verdure, le gîte reste frais en toutes circonstance, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable.
    Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil, leur disponibilité et le soin apporté au logement.
    Parfait pour notre chien également. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut à Burzet pour le dépenser : randonnées, baignade, copains etc.
    C'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons dans ce petit coin de nature !

    Natur pur

    Eine traumhafte idyllisch gelegene Gîte, sehr authentisch und urig. Charmante, freundliche und sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Alle erforderlichen Dinge des Alltags sind vorhanden - wir haben nichts vermisst. Ein absoluter Volltreffer!

    Nature et authenticité

    Un gîte dans un écrin de verdure, en pleine nature : le silence, les vieilles pierres, des objets qui ont une histoire, le ciel dégagé le soir, rempli d'étoiles, deux terrasses parfaitement exposées... Bref, un séjour idéal pour les amoureux de calme et de nature.
