Nestled between the landscapes of the Ardèche Gorges and the Cèze Valley, La Rouveyrole invites you to take a vacation break in the heart of the village of Vagnas.

Set in a quiet alleyway, this detached house is the ideal base for exploring Vallon Pont d'Arc, Barjac, the rivers, the Markets, the villages of character and the countless hiking, mountain biking and family trails.
Just a few steps away, you'll find the village shops for a convenient, stress-free stay.

Built on two levels, the Holiday cottage is designed for comfort and conviviality.
On the main floor, a living room with wood-burning stove and fully-equipped kitchen opens onto a pleasant veranda terrace, perfect for summer meals. Two bedrooms, one with a 160cm bed and one with two 90cm beds, a shower room and WC complete this level.
On the second floor, a mezzanine lounge invites you to relax, while two air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm) and the other with two single beds (90cm), have en-suite shower rooms and WCs.

All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets for a peaceful night's sleep.

Outside, the large, fully enclosed grounds welcome your pets and promise real moments of relaxation around the large private above-ground swimming pool, set in a sunny garden. Table tennis, Molky, board games and a library are also available.

Your stay includes WiFi, beds made on arrival, cleaning products, personalized advice on discovering the region and a small welcome gift.
In order to respect consumption and ecological concerns, a surcharge will be applied for any excess electricity consumption (25kw/day).

A carport for two cars and a 20m² enclosed storage area are available.
