You'll enjoy a peaceful setting, while remaining within easy reach of shops and the Tourist Office. Located on the ground floor of a large 19th-century house that also houses three year-round apartments, the Holiday cottage offers a friendly atmosphere. Ideal for a large family or a group of friends, it comprises a living room with fireplace and fully equipped kitchenette, the heart of the house, ideal for sharing. A sitting area is located in the center of the Holiday cottage. Three bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation for young and old alike, with a three-person bedroom, a two-person bedroom and a bedroom with four beds, two of which are bunk beds. A bathroom with bath and WC, a separate shower and a separate WC complete the ensemble. The charm of the Countryside house is revealed through the volumes, furnishings and engravings evoking the history of this former bishop's residence.

Outside, you'll find a garden and terrace, not overlooked, to make the most of fine weather. The grassy garden is ideal for sunbathing, reading or playing with the Kids. A cellar is also available for storing bicycles or equipment.

The surrounding area offers a wealth of things to see and do. Saint Félicien, the emblematic village of L'Ardéchoise, is the capital of cycle tourism and an ideal starting point for numerous hiking and cycling circuits. Nearby, discover the Peaugres safari, the Cité des Inventeurs in Annonay, the Louvesc site or the Ardèche train in the Gorges du Doux.
