Make yourself comfortable in this family home, located in the heart of the village of Saint-Remèze, in the southern Ardèche.
Close to the shops (bakery, grocery store, restaurant...), this typically Ardèche-style Semi-detached house offers a convivial setting for your vacations with family or friends, just a stone's throw from the region's most beautiful natural sites.

The house is on the edge of the departmental road that runs through the village, making it easy to get to, especially for visiting the surrounding sites. It does involve a bit of traffic, but the enclosed grounds and well laid-out garden guarantee safety, especially for families with Kids.

Outside, you can enjoy a pleasant garden equipped with a swing set, deckchairs for relaxing, and a practical carport in summer.
The shady terrace, covered by a Virginia creeper, features garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for sharing a good meal al fresco.

Inside, the house unfolds over 2 levels. The first floor is dedicated to the living areas. Here you'll find a colorful, fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely vaulted dining room that's cool even in summer, and a sitting area with several sofas, including a convertible for extra sleeping.
Laundry room with washing machine and WC complete this level.

Upstairs, the sleeping area comprises 2 bedrooms with double beds (140 cm), plus a small en-suite bedroom with a 90 cm bed, ideal for a Kids or teenager.
There's also a large bathroom with bath and shower, and separate toilet.

This comfortable Holiday cottage is an ideal base for discovering the wonders of the Ardèche: the famous Gorges de l'Ardèche, the Chauvet 2 cave, or the many Hiking trails just outside the village, such as the one leading to the Dent de Rez massif.
