La Roche des Vents is Patricia and Bruno's second gîte, on two levels with a large east-facing terrace for summer evenings.
The gîte is ideal for a family with children, who will be delighted to meet up in their 'dormitory' room. Second floor: dining room with sitting area (sofas, wood-burning stove), integrated kitchenette, shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs, you'll find 2 bedrooms (2 double beds), the children's dormitory (4 single bunk beds), a bathroom with washing machine and WC. A meadow is available 100 meters from the gîte (shared by the 2 gîtes).
You'll discover the northern Ardèche from the village of Saint-Alban-d'Ay, 15 minutes from Annonay, home of the Montgolfier brothers. The little ones will be delighted at the Peaugres Safari, a place of learning and discovery located 15 kilometers from the village of Saint-Alban-d'Ay. Just 40 minutes from the gîte La Roche des Vents, part of the Mastrou line can be travelled by Vélorail from Boucieu-le-Roi to discover the Gorges du Doux.
Possibility of renting the 2 gîtes together for up to 15 people: 10% discount on the second gîte.
Dogs are allowed but not in the bedrooms.

Très bon séjour dans ce gîte entre amis pour un grand week-end de 4 jours.
Arrivée facile, bon accueil des propriétaires bien sympathiques.
Maison très agréable avec un chauffage au poêle à bois.
Environnement très calme et jolie.Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Véro07440 Un super séjour
Nous avons loué pour quelques jours ce gîte afin de passer Noël en famille.
Lieu propice à la fête de Noël :
Bel accueil de la part de Patricia et Bruno à qui nous souhaitons une très belle année 2025.
Sapin de Noël fait à notre arrivée
Poêle à bois en fonction en entrant dans le gîte
Balade en forêt en sortant du hameau.Nous recommandons ce gîte qui doit être également très agréable en période estivale lors des fortes chaleurs car situé à presque 700 m d'altitude.
