Welcome to Holiday cottage La Ravatière!
Independent house on enclosed grounds of 1100m2, with its own private swimming pool (4X8m and no vis-à-vis) Independent reversible air conditioning in the living room, bedroom 1 and bedroom2 .
It's located on a quiet cul-de-sac, surrounded by oak and pine trees. All shops are 2 km away.
This Holiday cottage is comfortable and includes: a living room (100cm flat-screen TV, WIFI) with air-conditioning, a kitchen with flat-screen TV, large fridge/freezer, a bedroom (1 Queen Size 160 bed) with air-conditioning, a bedroom (2 90cm beds) with air-conditioning, a shower room and a separate toilet.
You can also enjoy the 2 terraces, one covered and the other overlooking the Piscine. Ideal for visiting the Cévennes and southern Ardèche (Grotte Chauvet 2 - Ardèche, Bois de Païolive, Balazuc village, Labeaume, Naves.... ).
If you like Hiking, there are many trails to be explored. Baby equipment available on request. The river La Beaume is 1km away, and you can buy your bread on foot at 600 meters. Holiday cottage bookable by the fortnight only in high season. Special 16A V.E. terminal (with meter).
Piscine info: private - May to October, weather permitting - size 8x4 - depth 1.50 - flat bottom /unheated/ chlorine/ barrier and safety gate.

Momo Super séjour
Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans le gîte à la Ravatiere isolé comme nous le souhaitions et très calme
Nous étions avec notre chien qui a apprécié le jardin clos et les sorties directement dans la forêt
Le gîte est très bien équipé et possède la climatisation

Vero Séjour reposant
Séjour très agréable dans une maison tout confort, au calme et en même temps tout près des commodités. Un plus, la piscine privée. Acceuil sympathique du propriétaire avec de bons conseils pour les visites. A recommander sans hésitation.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à la Ravatière, perchée au calme dans la verdure. C'était particulièrement reposant.
Les propriétaires sont très gentils et à l'écoute. De plus ils sont de bon conseil pour les lieux à découvrir.

Geoffroy Séjour tout confort au calme
Propriétaires très agréables et disponibles. La maison est très grande, le terrain aussi, très bien équipée. L'endroit est très calme mais se trouve à 3mn en voiture du centre et du supermarché. Emplacement idéal si vous avez un chien. Merci beaucoup
