Ideally located in the southern Ardèche, the Holiday cottage La Poudre d'Escampette is perfect for a vacation with family or friends.
You'll be able to relax by the private swimming pool*, heated to 28°C (from 1/04 to 7/11), after discovering the wonders of our region, with its picturesque villages, markets, caves and rivers, not forgetting the many outdoor activities on offer. Don't forget your bikes, as the superb "Via Ardèche" greenway passes right by the villa.

Inside, you'll find an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen with dining area. You'll enjoy a living room with large picture windows, perfect for relaxing with a view of the Piscine and garden. The 2 bedrooms are equipped with quality beds (1 x 160cm, 2 x 90cm) and wall cupboards. The shower room with walk-in shower is separate from the WC. This bright Bungalow is fully air-conditioned. The covered terrace is ideal for outdoor lunches.
A gas barbecue is at your disposal.
In addition to the deckchairs and garden furniture by the Piscine, a large straw hut awaits you for a moment of relaxation.
You can play boules on the pétanque court. We'll even lend you the boules.

The Holiday cottage is set in enclosed grounds and has a private parking space.
Beds made on arrival, towels and tea towels are provided. Board games and outdoor games are available.
