Here, time slows down to the sound of birdsong and the immensity of unspoilt nature. Just 5 km away, the charming village of Les Vans welcomes you with its Market, local produce, lively alleyways and numerous cultural and sporting activities. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy canoeing down the Gorges du Chassezac, hiking in the Bois de Païolive or discovering the characterful villages of Banne or Naves and the region's emblematic natural sites. La Petite Sitelle Holiday cottage, on the ground floor, has independent access and a parking space, and opens onto a pleasant covered terrace, ideal for sharing outdoor meals and convivial moments around a barbecue. The vast 4-hectare grounds, shared with the second Holiday cottage, offer an exceptional setting to recharge your batteries, between meadows and undergrowth, with an unobstructed view of the hills. When you wake up in the morning, enjoy your breakfast on the terrace, coffee in hand, lulled by the calm and beauty of the surroundings. Leisure facilities are available for young and old, with a ping-pong table, petanque court and Kids' games, shared with the second Holiday cottage.

Entirely on one level, the Holiday cottage offers a warm and functional interior. The living area features a convivial living room with fully equipped kitchen and a sitting area with an insert fireplace, perfect for cooler evenings after a day of exploring. Two bedrooms are available, one with a double bed (140cm) and the other with three single beds (80cm), ideal for Kids or friends. There's a shower room with disabled access and a separate toilet. A shared laundry room with washing machine is also available. The Holiday cottage is wheelchair-accessible. The whole house can be rented to accommodate up to 15 people, perfect for a family get-together or a get-together with friends.
