Located in Laurac, between the medieval village of Largentière (close to the Tanargue massif) and the magnificent village of Balazuc (canoeing and swimming in the Ardèche), the "Petite Maison" is ideal for a 2-person stay to discover the southern Ardèche. The village center is just 600m from the shops. Surrounded by peach, olive, fig, mimosa and oleander trees, this Holiday cottage is a haven of peace. The house is detached and set in pretty, enclosed grounds planted with flowers. Enjoy the beautiful view from the covered terrace for meals, barbecues and breakfasts. Inside, you'll find an air-conditioned living room with fireplace and integrated kitchenette. The bedroom has a 160x200 bed, with bed linen provided. A bathroom with shower cubicle and balneotherapy is available, and the WC is separate. Electric heating not included. You'll be able to park your car on the fully fenced grounds, and enjoy reversible air-conditioning in the living room. A few steps from the garden and terrace lead up to the accommodation.

Badette La petite maison
Le gîte a tout pour que vous passiez un superbe séjour.
Nous avons apprécié le confort de la literie.
La petite maison est entourée d'un très bel extérieur fleuri et superbement entretenu.
Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et ont été de bons conseils pour nos ballades à vélo.
Le lieu est calme et reposant.

Cette petite maison a l’avantage d’être très indépendante dans un lieu très tranquille avec les commerces de proximité accessibles à pied. Une belle vue de la terrasse couverte. Située en basse Ardeche entre plaine et cevennes. Un très bon séjour.

Excellent séjour dans cet agréable gîte dans un écrin de verdure. Jolie vue depuis la terrasse, du lever au coucher du soleil. L'accueil des propriétaires a été très apprécié, avec la mise à disposition dans le frigo de boissons fraîches. Le village est accessible à pied, avec des commerces de proximité. Le repos est garanti. Sans oublier de belles balades pour découvrir l'Ardèche.

Clem Trés bon séjour
Trés bon séjour dans cette petite maison acceuillante et proprette. La terrasse était particulierement agreable.
Ville accessible a pied a 400m par une petite route agreable avec commerces.
