We welcome you to La Petite Borie, Holiday cottage and Bed and breakfast, at 1330 meters altitude and 1km from the village of Lachamp Raphaël (highest village in Ardèche).
10 minutes from Gerbier des Joncs (source of the Loire), 15 minutes from Lake St Martial for swimming. In winter, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing departures 5 km away.
You'll enjoy the specialties of the Ardèche region: mountain charcuterie and cheeses, mushrooms, wild blueberries and raspberries...

The Holiday cottage has its own entrance. Access is via an outside staircase (not suitable for wheelchair users).
It comprises a living room with fitted kitchen, sitting area with TV, 1 bedroom (1 x 140cm bed), 1 bedroom (2 x 90cm beds), low mezzanine accessed via a steep staircase (2 x 80cm extra beds), shower room, separate WC.

You'll enjoy a magnificent view from the south-facing terrace, equipped with garden furniture and barbecue.
For your relaxation, there's an outdoor Spa and Norwegian bath (Rates: for a single person: €15 for 1 module and €20 for 2 modules - for a couple: €20 for 1 module and €30 for 2 modules).
Pets are welcome, with due respect for other guests staying in Bed and breakfast.
Due to the location in the middle of nature, the connection can be "capricious".
Bicycle room with recharging facilities for electric bikes.
Private use of gîte and 2 bed and breakfast rooms available on request.
