La Perrière

In the hills surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, just a few minutes from the magnificent village of Saint Montan and the lively town of Bourg Saint Andéol, come and spend some pleasant time at the gîte "La Perrière". You're sure to fall in love with this pretty stone house and its magnificent wooded garden, which you'll share with the owners. This recent construction, adjoining the owners', is the ideal place to relax and discover the wonders of southern Ardèche.

At the entrance to the gîte, you can take advantage of the part of the garden reserved for you to share meals and barbecues outside. The gîte is comfortable, single-storey and fully equipped. There's an air-conditioned living room with an integrated kitchen, a dining area with a table for 6, and a lounge with sofa, coffee table and flat-screen TV. The gîte comprises 3 bedrooms: the first with 1 140cm bed, the second with 2 90cm beds and the third with 2 90cm bunk beds. The bathroom has a shower cubicle. Separate WC. Electric heating and cot available on request. A parking space with independent entrance and electric gate is available for your vehicle.
