Discover this charming eco-lodge, ideally situated along the Dolce Via (a scenic route connecting the Rhône Valley to the Ardèche Plateau) in the heart of the Eyrieux Valley. The location is perfect for cycling getaways—whether you’re looking for a workout or a leisurely ride—as well as for unforgettable hiking experiences. During the season, you can rent bikes just 200 meters from the holiday cottage. For adventure seekers, canoeing down the Eyrieux River and the high-rope course above the river, both located 15 minutes away, offer a total immersion in nature. Don’t miss the local farmers’ markets and the many summer festivals that enliven this region, offering an authentic and friendly experience.

Back in a quiet setting, you can cool off in the on-site Piscine*, shared with the owners, or in the river located 200 meters away (with a designated relaxation area).
The enclosed garden, private to the holiday cottage, allows your kids to play safely, while the enclosed private parking lot ensures peace of mind. In the evening, relax on the Chalet’s terrace, enjoy grilled dishes on the electric griddle, and admire the starry sky.

The single-story Chalet can comfortably accommodate 5 to 6 people. It features a living area with a sitting area and a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a family bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and two bunk beds (90 cm), a bathroom with a walk-in shower accessible to people with reduced mobility, and a separate toilet. A wood-pellet stove is located in the living room.

    super séjour

    Endroit magnifique, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour pouvoir cuisiner si on en ressent l'envie, le village est à 8 mn à pied avec resto et commerce de proximité qui est très pratique, respectueux de l'environnement avec le label éco-gite, par les fortes températures actuelles, en jonglant avec les volets roulants et le ventilateur de plafond, on arrive à garder une température supportable. La piscine partagée avec les propriétaires est très agréable, c'est une détente assurée.

    tout confort

    Gîte très confortable ; literie impeccable. L'isolation et les moustiquaires sont très appréciables. Bonne situation avec rivière très proche pour se rafraîchir. Et puis il y a la piscine qui a été très appréciée par nos petits enfants.

    CHALET TRES AGREABLE ET TRES FRAIS GRACE AUX VOLETS FERMES LORS DE LA CANICULE, AVEC LES MOUSTIQUAIRES BIEN UTILES ET LE PETIT COIN TERRASSE A L ABRI DES REGARDS ET BIEN PROTEGE DU VENT. LE LOGEMENT EST TRES SPACIEUX AVEC TOUT LE NECESSAIRE.

    Ravis que votre séjour à la Nyitournelle vous ait plu. L'isolation du gîte permet effectivement d'être au frais malgré la chaleur. Le gite est situé à proximité de la plage, ce qui est un avantage, mais comme la plage est prisée par tous, il faut la partager et accepter le passage des piétons. Nous ne sommes pas propriétaires du chemin d'exploitation. Si le chemin était goudronné, les véhicules rouleraient plus vite, et nous souhaitons garder la tranquillité du lieu, et favorisons la sécurité des piétons. Nous avons deux voisins, nous ne sommes pas en lotissement. Notre gîte propose également une piscine, qui peut aussi générer des nuisances sonores avec les enfants jouant dans la piscine. L'environnement du lieu est paisible, avec l'avantage d'être à proximité de la plage, du village et la Dolce Via ( voie verte ).

    Idéal pour faire du vélo et se reposer

    Idéalement placé pour les amateurs de vélo, proche de la Dolce via et disposant d'un local à vélo.
    Le gite est confortable et dispose d'un jardin clos et calme.
    De quoi concilier activité sportive et repos.
    Accueil propriétaire convivial et professionnel.

    au bord de la Dolce Via

    Une belle étape, très fonctionnelle, au bord de la dolce via. Le vélo est utile aussi bien pour les courses que les balades. Les propriétaires vivent à côté, ils sont dispo et accueillants.
