The fully enclosed grounds are the perfect playground for your Kids and pets in complete safety.
The main attraction: the private Piscine. It's the perfect place to relax in the sun and get away from it all. And whatever the season, the pétanque court and ping-pong table are ready to throw a few games.

It's also a great place to stay for those seeking peace and quiet and authenticity, combining a change of scenery with proximity to major Ardèche sites such as the Gorges de l'Ardèche and Aven d'Orgnac...
And don't forget the Gard region, with its lively village of Barjac. You're sure to love its Market, its large flea market and its restaurants.
In the village, you'll find a variety of local shops, including a mini-market, a bakery and restaurants.

Inside, the owner has designed the house to be comfortable all year round, with heating and air conditioning in every room.
The living room is equipped with lounge, living room and kitchen, and overlooks the Piscine. The covered terrace lets you eat outside in all weathers.
At night, you'll enjoy 3 bedrooms with 140cm beds. Bathroom with Italian shower and separate WC. Storeroom with washing machine and storage space.

Your 4-legged friends are welcome in this Holiday cottage. There's even a secure kennel for your pets.
