The Holiday cottage is ideally located for enjoying the natural and cultural riches of the Ardèche: river swimming (Chassezac, Gorges de l'Ardèche), villages of character, Joyeuse, Balazuc, Labeaume... Provencal markets.

Our Holiday cottage combines the charm of Ardèche stone with modern comforts. Whether you're a couple, a family or a group of friends, you'll feel right at home.
Here, the private swimming pool* awaits you just a stone's throw from the house, with a view over the surrounding Countryside.
Perfect for cooling off after a Hiking or just soaking up the sun, it features deckchairs, parasols and a relaxation area. Large wooded garden with table tennis and boules.
The owners' vegetable garden is next to the Piscine.

The accommodation offers generous, functional interior spaces.
First floor: living room with fireplace, TV, fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, shower room, separate toilet, underfloor cooling.
Upstairs, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms. One with balcony overlooking the Piscine (140cm bed), 1 on the village side (2 90cm beds), 1 (140cm bed) with small terrace (adjoining another rental), bathroom, separate wc.

2 reserved parking spaces next to the Holiday cottage. Holiday cottage (non-smoking) adjoining a vacation home and year-round tenant.
