At the tip of the southern Ardèche, halfway between Vallon Pont d'Arc and Barjac, this family-run stone farmhouse is ideal for a relaxing vacation with friends or family.
You'll enjoy the surrounding calm and wide-open spaces for strolling and discovering the wonders of the surrounding area. A wide range of activities are available, from cultural ones such as the famous caves and Avens, to sporting ones such as canoeing down the Ardèche Gorges... the choice is yours! The Holiday cottage is less than a kilometer from the village center and local shops.
Take a refreshing dip in the private swimming pool (8x3.5m), open and heated (on request) from May to September, weather permitting. While some sunbathe and relax in the pool house (small fridge, sink and toilet), others play pétanque, badminton or ping-pong in the garden.
This detached farmhouse has been completely renovated and tastefully decorated, combining the charm of stone with a pretty brick wall, and a warm, trendy decor. You enter through a cosy, welcoming living room under a stone archway, and then into a bright, air-conditioned living room with open kitchen and sitting area overlooking the Piscine. Laundry room (washing machine and tumble dryer) and separate WC on this level. The 1st bedroom, on the first floor, includes a 160cm bed, TV and private bathroom (large Italian shower and WC). Wide stairs take you to the 1st floor, where you'll find an air-conditioned library area. The 2nd bedroom also includes a 160cm bed, TV and private bathroom (large Italian shower and WC). The other 2 bedrooms have 2 80cm beds that can be converted into 160cm beds on request. A shower room is available for these two rooms, with an Italian shower and WC. For your convenience, beds are made on arrival and bath and Piscine towels are provided. Electric heating included.
