Just a few minutes' walk from the river, shops and restaurants, the gîte "La Marguinière" sleeps 4.
Enjoy the convivial living room with sofa, TV and dining area for relaxing moments indoors. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, hob, oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. One of the bedrooms has two 90cm beds, and the second has a 160cm bed. Each is equipped with a closet and electric shutters. The bathroom is spacious, with a walk-in shower and double-sink vanity unit. The WC is independent.

The grounds are large and fenced, but do not yet have a gate. The covered terrace features a garden table for outdoor meals, a plancha and deckchairs for enjoying the Ardèche sunshine.
