La Maison Vieille' Holiday cottage is located in a peaceful setting on a former village farm. There are two other Holiday cottages on this property.

An enclosed courtyard, equipped with garden furniture and barbecue, lets you enjoy the sunny days of the Ardèche Verte region. A stone staircase leads to the interior. Arranged over two floors, there's a living room with a fully-equipped kitchenette and central island, plus a sitting area with sofa and flat-screen TV. Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms, each with a 160 x200 bed (one of which can be converted into two separate beds) and a private bathroom. Top-of-the-range bedding, linen and towels supplied. Separate WC.

All in all, the perfect setting for a successful getaway!

Patricia and Nicolas, the owners, know their region inside out and can suggest a host of tourist and leisure activities within a 30-minute radius: Safari Parc de Peaugres and Cité d'Annonay 10 minutes away (the cradle of hot-air ballooning), 18-hole Golf de Gourdan 5 minutes away, relaxation at the Base de loisirs de St Pierre de Bœuf, walks in the Parc du Pilat or on the Route des Vins, unless you prefer cycling the Via Fluvia (3 km away) or the ViaRhôna.

Electric vehicles can't be recharged on site, but there is a public charging station 8 km away.
