Our Holiday cottage is in the small hamlet of Issoux in Vals les Bains, opposite Lalevade-d'Ardèche for shops (supermarket, Doctors, Pharmacy, bakeries, butchers....).

It's an old farmhouse built of river stone, typical of our region. Entirely restored, it combines modern comfort with old-world charm.
The Holiday cottage is located on the first floor of the building, on 2 levels.
On the 1st floor, a fully-equipped living room/kitchen with central island, a bedroom (160cm bed) with en-suite shower room, a laundry room and a separate toilet.
On the 2nd floor, a sitting area with benches and TV, a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a small attic bedroom for Kids with 2 80cm beds, a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.

No land, but 2 south-facing terraces overlooking the village of Lalevade-d'Ardèche and the Tanargue mountains.
The 1st terrace has a plancha for outdoor meals, the second for aperitifs and relaxation.
A small enclosed courtyard for bikes or motorcycles and outbuildings for ping-pong, darts... !
There's also a bowling alley for your approval. River swimming beaches 700 m away.
