This former farmhouse, which has been in the family for several generations, has recently been tastefully renovated in keeping with traditional Ardèche architecture.
It offers a beautiful, comfortable, and cozy interior, perfect for a stay with family or friends.

Settle in for some delightful moments of reading in the holiday cottage’s inner courtyard, in the shade of the Virginia creeper, or on one of the two covered terraces.
You’ll love the beautiful stone-vaulted room (27 m²), featuring soft, subdued floor lighting, perfect for your evenings.
A large private yard in front of the holiday cottage will give your kids plenty of space to run around and play ball. It features a 12x4 pétanque court with boules and jackets, a soccer goal, a badminton net, a basketball hoop, a molkky game (skittles), and children’s pétanque boules.

You’re just 10 minutes from the charming medieval village of Largentière and Joyeuse, where you’ll find all the shops you need.
It’s an ideal spot for outdoor activities, hiking, mountain biking, cycling, swimming, canoeing, and more.
Not to mention exploring the charming villages of Balazuc, Labeaume, and Vogüé, as well as the famous Ardèche Gorges and the Chauvet2-Ardèche Cave.

The holiday cottage is located on the first level, accessible via a stone staircase (not accessible to people with reduced mobility).
It consists of a spacious living area with a living room, equipped with a wood-burning stove, which is appreciated in winter and during the shoulder seasons. The beautiful stone fireplace (decorative) bears witness to the building’s long history.
The kitchen, separated from the living room by an open entryway, is a built-in, fully equipped kitchen.
For sleeping arrangements, there are 3 bedrooms, each with a mosquito net and a fan (two with a 140-cm bed, one with two 90-cm beds). Large bathroom. Separate toilet. Laundry room.

For your comfort, the beds are made on arrival and bathroom linen is provided.

Parking is available on the holiday cottage’s private property. There is a large enclosed courtyard where you can park motorcycles and bicycles.
The holiday cottage is not equipped for electric vehicle charging. A charging station is available in Largentière (10 km away).
