Gîte at 180 chemin des Bouchets, surrounded by vineyards, lavender and olive groves. Just 5 minutes from Ruoms and 15 minutes from Vallon Pont d'Arc (Gorges de l'Ardèche). The gîte has a garage, an enclosed courtyard and a very large terrace, part of which is open to the outside world. Parking in front of the gîte, very quiet environment. Living room with fully-equipped kitchen, large lounge with sofas, flat-screen TV, fireplace (wood free of charge), 2 bedrooms (2 x 160cm beds), 1 bedroom (2 x 1cm beds), 1 bedroom (4 x 1cm beds including 2 bunk beds), 2 shower rooms, 2 WCs Pets must remain outside the house (courtyard and terrace closed).

    weekend festival Aluna

    Séjour fin juin 2025. Maison conforme à nos attentes, logement proche du festival Aluna (20 min a pieds).
