Located in the heart of a small hamlet in Lagorce, in the Bouchets neighborhood, this family-friendly holiday cottage welcomes you to a setting typical of the Ardèche, surrounded by vineyards, lavender fields, and olive groves.
Just 5 minutes from Ruoms and 15 minutes from Vallon Pont d’Arc, it’s the ideal starting point for exploring the most beautiful landscapes of southern Ardèche and making the most of your vacation.

Once a family home where large gatherings were held, it has retained its warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Today, it offers a spacious and comfortable setting to share special moments with family or friends in a peaceful environment where you can truly recharge.

You’ll love its large, partially covered terrace—perfect for summer meals, long, convivial evenings, or breakfasts in the sun.
The fully enclosed courtyard lets kids play safely while adults enjoy a moment of relaxation. A garage is also available to store your bikes or recreational equipment, with easy parking right in front of the holiday cottage.

Located upstairs, the holiday cottage features spacious rooms where everyone can enjoy their stay at their own pace. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a pleasant dining area perfect for large gatherings.
A separate living room, furnished with comfortable sofas, a television, and a fireplace with an insert, invites you to unwind after a day of exploring or on cooler evenings, with firewood provided free of charge.

The sleeping area consists of four bedrooms: two with 160-cm double beds, one with two 90-cm beds, and one with four 90-cm beds. Two bathrooms with showers, as well as two toilets—one of which is separate—ensure everyone’s comfort.

From the holiday cottage, there are plenty of activities to enjoy.
Canoe down the famous Ardèche Gorges, admire the majestic Pont d’Arc, explore the replica of the Chauvet 2 Cave, stroll through the charming narrow streets of Lagorce, Balazuc, or Labeaume; go for a bike ride on the small roads winding through Vineyards and villages; take one of the many hiking trails; or enjoy a swim at the rivers’ natural beaches. Summer markets, local producers, wineries, and numerous outdoor activities will also add to the enjoyment of your stay.

Pets are welcome but must remain outside the house (enclosed yard and terrace).
Sheets and towels can be rented for an additional fee to ensure a worry-free stay.
