A large house with garden and private Piscine, just a stone's throw from the center of Ruoms, are the perfect ingredients for a vacation with family or friends.
For some, the program is already set: a dip in the swimming pool - which is completely secure and fenced off for the little ones - and a game of pétanque. For others, it'll be an ice cream while strolling down the village's main street or along the greenway.

Set in a pretty landscaped garden, this house is arranged over 2 levels, accessible from both inside and outside.
On each level, you'll find a living room and kitchen area, as well as 2 bedrooms (one 160cm bed and two 90cm beds per floor), a shower room and a toilet. An ideal composition for everyone to find their place, comfort and independence during a stay with family or friends.
Everything is designed to make you feel at home, with all the equipment and utensils provided in the Holiday cottage. Raymond, the owner, has completely renovated the first floor and has left you some of his wooden furniture creations.

The Holiday cottage is located on the edge of the main road. You'll have easy access to all the beautiful villages in the area. No excuse not to visit their narrow streets. Be amazed by Balazuc, Labeaume or Vogüé!

Beds made on arrival and towels provided. Just bring your own towels for the Piscine.
Air conditioning in every room on the first floor.
Washing machine and dryer in the laundry room. Garage for 2 wheels and car.
