In the heart of Ardèche Verte, in Éclassan, this Holiday cottage welcomes you in a pleasant family home built in 2000. Situated between Tournon-sur-Rhône and Annonay, the house enjoys a quiet, peaceful setting in a residential neighborhood.

Entirely on one level (excluding the garage), the house offers a bright, comfortable and well-designed interior. Underfloor heating ensures optimum comfort in all seasons. The large living room, warm and inviting with its fireplace, is organized into several areas: a sitting area with TV, a convivial living area and a functional, fully-equipped kitchen, complete with side table and eating bar. Three spacious bedrooms, each with a 140cm bed and built-in closet, can accommodate family or friends. A large shower room with walk-in shower and separate toilet complete the comfort. The entire house is equipped with electric shutters.

Outside, you'll enjoy a fully enclosed, wooded and carefully tended garden, ideal for Kids to play in complete safety, or for a siesta in the fresh air. A ping-pong table is also available for family relaxation. The partly covered terrace is perfect for al fresco dining. A large double-door garage makes it easy to park bikes, motorcycles or leisure equipment. The property is enclosed by an electric gate.

For morning bread and croissants, the village has a bakery just 1 km away.
