Located just a few minutes from Aven d'Orgnac and Barjac, this large, typically Ardèche stone house will win you over with its comfort, facilities and heated swimming pool.
La Maison d'Agnès is located in a large Ardéchoise mansion. The Holiday cottage (approx. 160m²) is attached to a house that is only rented out in summer. It is fully enclosed.
The Holiday cottage has 2 levels, was completely renovated in 2022 and is tastefully decorated. On the first floor, there's a spacious living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge, with access to the terrace facing the heated swimming pool. A corridor with a shower room and separate toilet leads to the 1st bedroom, with air-conditioning and a 160cm bed. The first floor is equipped with reversible air-conditioning. You'll find a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a second bedroom with a 160cm bed and a baby bed opening onto a covered terrace. The third bedroom has 4 beds (2 modular 80x200 beds and 2 Bunk beds 90x190). A shower room and separate toilet are also located on the same landing.
All windows are fitted with mosquito nets.
Outside, on the courtyard side, there are several covered areas: a dining area with gas barbecue on the kitchen side, two lounge areas, one of which is on the first floor with a breathtaking view, and the private swimming pool (7x3m, depth 1m45), heated (May 1 to September 30), with its lovely beach and deckchairs. At the rear of the house, on the parking side, you'll find the carport, the bowling green and the swings.
The house is ideally located for visits to the Aven d'Orgnac, the Chauvet 2 cave, the Ardèche gorges and the Sautadet waterfalls. For runners, hikers and mountain bikers, there are numerous itineraries starting from the Holiday cottage.
