La Maison Avalone

Set on the ground floor of a detached house, the Holiday cottage offers comfort and practicality. Ideal for vacations with family or friends, you'll find a pleasant, air-conditioned living room bathed in light, including a convivial lounge and dining area, as well as a functional kitchen with everything you need for your stay.
This accommodation has 2 bedrooms (with fan) for up to 5 people (1 bedroom with a 160cm bed, 1 bedroom with 1 140cm bed and 1 90cm bed), as well as a shower room, separate WC and laundry room. The bedrooms face the Piscine, while outside you'll find 2 private areas. One is at the rear of the house, with garden furniture, deckchairs and an above-ground swimming pool to cool off on sunny days. The other is at the front of the house, overlooking a small road, hidden by a hedge, offering 2 terraces, one of which is covered for meals around the barbecue. The grounds are fully enclosed, and you can park your vehicle in complete safety. For bikes, 1 or 2 can be stored in the laundry room. Bed linen rental, housekeeping included in the rent. Food shops are approx. 1 km away and Vallon Pont d'Arc city center is 3 km away, also accessible on foot or by bike via the "voie verte". You're less than 10 minutes' drive from the magnificent Grotte Chauvet reconstruction, the Ardèche gorges and the Pont d'Arc, not-to-be-missed sites.
Leisure activities abound: canoeing down the Ardèche gorges, rock-climbing, accrobranche and numerous Hiking trails nearby. To complete your stay, discover the villages of character, Vogüé, Lagorce, Labeaume, Balazuc....... not forgetting the local markets for the flavours of the Ardèche!
