A warm and simple Holiday cottage, set in a beautiful property that also includes the owner's 16th-century manor house and a 12th-century chapel. La Magnanerie de la Garde" combines authenticity and practicality. You'll find all the comforts you need: a living room with fully-equipped kitchenette, a separate lounge with wood-burning stove, a mezzanine with TV area, three bedrooms, one with a double bed (160x200), one with two single beds and one with a 90cm bed, a shower room with WC, and a separate WC. Bed linen provided and beds made on arrival, so you can get the most out of your stay as soon as you arrive. There's no wifi at the Holiday cottage, but 5G. A relaxing outdoor setting The property extends over 1.5 hectares, with magnificent trees and access to the surrounding meadow and Forest. Around the Holiday cottage, several private outdoor spaces await you: a covered terrace for meals with garden table and barbecue, a shaded area under the trees with a low sitting area, or a peaceful area behind the house, out of sight. The Holiday cottage is a perfect starting point for discovering the region's characterful villages. Just 13 km away, the medieval village of Desaignes will charm you with its living heritage, while Boucieu-le-Roi, 18 km away, will charm you with its ancient streets and authenticity. The Holiday cottage is an excellent base from which to explore the surrounding villages.
