La Magnanerie

In the heart of the Ardèche verte region, La Magnanerie invites you to enjoy an interlude of calm and charm, between unspoilt nature and warm comfort.

Just a few kilometers from the characterful village of Boucieu-le-Roi, leave the main road and take the carriage path that leads you to an old 16th-century silkworm nursery in the heart of the countryside. The property comprises several buildings, including the owners' house, a year-round rental apartment and two independent Holiday cottages. Each has its own private outdoor space. In this peaceful corner of the Ardèche, you'll enjoy siestas in the shade of the trees, shared meals in the open air and moments of peace lulled by birdsong.

The Holiday cottage "La Magnanerie" will seduce you with its charm and comfort. Designed to accommodate families or groups of friends, it offers a fine balance between conviviality and privacy. It comprises three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The first is equipped with a 160 cm bed, the second with two 90 cm beds, and the last, a family room, with a 160 cm bed and a 90 cm bed. The living area features a fully-equipped kitchenette and a cosy sitting room, ideal for entertaining. A laundry room with washing machine is also at your disposal.

Ideally located in the commune of Boucieu-le-Roi, in the heart of the Ardèche verte region, the Holiday cottage is an ideal base for exploring the northern Ardèche. Between Tournon-sur-Rhône and Lamastre, the region abounds in activities and treasures to explore. You can ride a vélorail through the Doux gorges, take a picturesque trip on the Ardèche train, Hiking through varied landscapes, swim in the river or stroll through the surrounding villages. Families will also appreciate the nearby Safari de Peaugres, around 45 minutes away, while sweet tooths can visit the famous Cité du Chocolat Valrhona, just 30 minutes away.
