Housed in a charming historic silkworm farm, it offers an exceptional panoramic view of a bend in the Ardèche River.

Here, days begin to the rhythm of the sun and the song of birds. From the holiday cottage, outdoor enthusiasts can set out on foot to explore numerous hiking trails, with breathtaking views.
Just a few minutes away, the rivers and beaches offer countless opportunities to cool off, take a dip, or simply enjoy the iconic landscapes of the Ardèche Gorges. Take some time to visit the stunning and famous reconstruction of the Chauvet Cave. And stroll through the charming narrow streets of nearby villages full of character, such as Balazuc or Labeaume.

Carefully furnished, the holiday cottage offers the comfort and authenticity of traditional Ardèche homes. Exposed stone walls, period beams, and cozy spaces create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Spread over three levels, the house features a beautiful living room with a vaulted kitchen on the ground floor.
On the first floor, there is a cozy living room with a TV, a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. On the top floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a dedicated Kids area. This room is equipped with reversible air conditioning for optimal comfort year-round.

Outside, two terraces let you fully enjoy every moment, including a covered one that’s perfect for meals in the shade. In the morning, breakfast overlooking the river becomes a special moment, almost suspended in time.
