Set in an old silkworm farm full of character, it boasts an exceptional panoramic view over a loop of the Ardèche.

Here, the days begin with the rhythm of the sun and birdsong. From the Holiday cottage, lovers of the great outdoors can set off on foot to explore numerous Hiking trails, with breathtaking views.
Just a few minutes away, rivers and Beaches offer a thousand opportunities to cool off, swim or simply enjoy the emblematic landscapes of the Gorges de l'Ardèche. Take time out to visit the famous and sublime Grotte Chauvet reconstruction. And stroll through the pretty little streets of the nearby villages of character such as Balazuc or Labeaume.

Furnished with care, the Holiday cottage offers the comfort and authenticity of a typical Ardèche home. Exposed stonework, period beams and warm spaces create a soft, welcoming atmosphere.

Spread over three levels, the first floor features a beautiful living room with vaulted kitchen.
On the second floor, a cosy living room with TV, a double bedroom, a shower room and separate toilet. Then, on the top floor, a bedroom with two single beds and a Kids' area. The latter room is equipped with reversible air conditioning for optimum comfort in all seasons.

Outside, two terraces allow you to enjoy every moment to the full, one of which is covered and ideal for meals in the shade. In the morning, breakfast overlooking the river becomes a privileged moment, almost suspended in time.
