La Magnanarelle is an attractive, tastefully restored country house with private swimming pool (open from May 15 to September 30), located in the extreme south of the department in a triangle between Alès-Vallon Pont d'Arc-Les Vans. Ground floor: living room with integrated kitchenette, sitting room, shower room, separate toilet. First floor: 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed with linen set), 1 bedroom (3 single beds), 2 bedrooms (1 x 140cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed), 1 bedroom (1 x 140cm bed), bathroom with bath and shower, shower room, 2 WCs. Electric heating, Baby bed. Enclosed 400 m² courtyard with plancha, covered terrace. 2000 m² of land to the rear of the house. Carport for several cars. 5km from the Chassezac valley and the Bois de Païolive, 16km from the Cèze valley, 26km from the Gorges de l'Ardèche. Numerous visits all around, including the characterful villages of Banne and Barjac in the Gard. A great place to discover the wonders of the Ardèche!
