La Joyeuse

This former silkworm farm on the banks of the river is surrounded by 8 Holiday cottages. Two are accessible to people with reduced mobility (Holiday cottages Carpe Diem and Portokali).
This old stone farmhouse has been completely renovated in a peaceful setting 30 meters from the river.
The large Piscine (14mx7m) is shared with the other Holiday cottages from May to September. It features a central paddling pool, ideal for young Kids.
Heated by solar panels, the water temperature varies according to the weather.
There's also a covered outdoor terrace for meals, and an outdoor area with private parking.
All shops 1km away in Joyeuse. Sports and leisure activities nearby.

Our Holiday cottage 'La Joyeuse' comprises a ground-floor living room with a sitting area, a lounge and a fitted kitchen, a shower room with toilet.
Between the kitchen and shower room, a room with 2 pull-out beds (for extra sleeping space) and washing machine.
Upstairs: 1 master bedroom (160cm bed) with corner bath and private shower room/wc, 1 bedroom (160cm bed), 1 bedroom with 4 beds (2 pull-out and 2 Bunk beds), shower room with wc.
Air-conditioning in living room and bedrooms. Reversible heating/air conditioning. Wifi connection in Holiday cottage. Private bicycle storage.

Numerous walks and activities nearby, including canoeing down the Ardèche.

Piscine info: shared with other Holiday cottages, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., secured by gates and gate, roller shutter. 14 m x 7 m, gradual depth to 2.40 m. May to September, weather permitting, chlorinated/heated water.
