Superb loft-style Holiday cottage with private Piscine, ideal for get-togethers with friends or family! On the outskirts of the pretty City of Aubenas, in the heart of the Ardèche Méridionale region, with easy access to all shops and activities.

You'll be staying in a contemporary house (designed by an architect), with vast grounds of 5000m2, planted with trees and flowers.
You'll enjoy a large private swimming pool, heated from May to October.
A beautiful terrace, partly covered, is ideal for enjoying meals with family or friends.
The grounds are fully enclosed. A courtyard with playground equipment will delight your Kids.

The accommodation is on 2 levels.
Ground floor: 90 m² living room with dining area, fitted kitchen, 2 lounges, storeroom, 3 bedrooms, 2 with en-suite shower rooms and toilets (2 with 160 cm beds, 1 with 2 90 cm beds), 1 shower room, 1 separate toilet.
The lovely staircase in the living room leads to the "Forgeron" bedroom (160cm bed) with en-suite shower room and wc, and to the mezzanine with desk and kids' games area.
2 other bedrooms upstairs (1 bed in 160 and 2 beds in 90 that can be twinned in 180) can be accessed via the "Rétro" bedroom (2 beds in 90) on the ground floor.
All rooms are air-conditioned. Separate air-conditioning meter (10 kw/day included in rent, beyond that invoiced per kw).

There's plenty to see and do: Aubenas with its castle, Market and entertainment, the spa towns of Vals les Bains and Neyrac les Bains, Antraïgues, the village of Jean Ferrat.
Not forgetting the emblematic sites: Gorges de l'Ardèche, Grotte Chauvet2-Ardèche, Pont d'Arc.
Nature lovers will love the Chassezac gorges, Aven d'Orgnac, Ray Pic waterfalls and Mt Gerbier de Jonc.
If you're a sporty type, why not try your hand at nature activities such as canoeing, swimming, climbing and canyoning? Hikers will be delighted by the variety of perfectly-marked trails.
Cyclists can set off on the famous Ardéchoise cycle race.
Bikers will discover the winding roads (motorcycle shelter in the large courtyard).
