The name of this beautiful building could only be "Là-Haut", due to its location overlooking the village and its 1st owner, the singer Catherine Sauvage for her song "Vu de Là-Haut".

This entirely private property will charm you with its saltwater swimming pool* and its beautiful terraced outdoor spaces, with only the young Ardèche volcanoes to look at.

In the bright and spacious living room, with its French-style ceilings, large picture windows offer panoramic views of the Mountain and give access to the partially covered terrace.
Here you'll find a huge fireplace with wood-burning insert, a large dining table, a billiards area and an "oriental" lounge with library and TV.
The fully-equipped kitchen with central island opens onto the living room.
Upstairs, 6 bedrooms (5 with 160x200 beds that can be converted into 2 beds, and 1 with a 140x190 bed).
Four rooms have a balcony or small terrace with panoramic views! Two rooms are interconnected, and some also have their own entrance from the outside.
In the east wing of the Holiday cottage, an apartment, accessible from inside or outside, offers a living room, kitchen, bedroom (1 x 160cm bed, convertible into 2 beds + 1 bed), 2 bathrooms with toilet.
Beds made on arrival, bathroom linen provided.
Shops and restaurants are a 7-minute walk away. It's the ideal place to discover the listed villages and natural heritage.
