The name of this beautiful building could only be "Là-Haut", due to its location overlooking the village and its 1st owner, the singer Catherine Sauvage for her song "Vu de Là-Haut".

This entirely private property will charm you with its saltwater Piscine* and beautiful outdoor spaces laid out as terraces, with only the young volcanoes of the Ardèche as your neighbors.
A plancha grill, a bocce court, and a ping-pong table are at your disposal so you can fully enjoy this exceptional setting!
Tastefully decorated, the house combines tranquility, comfort, sophistication, and modernity. With its 7 bedrooms, all equipped with en-suite bathrooms and separate toilets, it’s the perfect place for a vacation with family or friends.
In the bright and spacious living room, featuring French-style ceilings, large floor-to-ceiling windows offer a panoramic view of the Mountain and lead out to the partially covered terrace.
It features a massive fireplace with an insert perfect for cozy fires, a large dining table, a billiards area, and an “oriental-style” lounge with a bookshelf and TV.
The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a central island, opens onto the living room.
Upstairs, there are 6 bedrooms (5 with a 160x200 bed that can be converted into 2 beds and 1 with a 140x190 bed).
Four bedrooms have a balcony or small terrace with a panoramic view! Two bedrooms are connecting, and some also have their own entrance from the outside.
In the east wing of the holiday cottage, an apartment—accessible from both inside and outside—features a living room, kitchen, bedroom (1 160-bed that can be converted into 2 beds + 1 bed), and 2 bathrooms with toilets.
For your comfort, beds are made on arrival, and bathroom linen is provided.
Shops and restaurants are a 7-minute walk away. It’s the ideal place to explore listed villages and the natural heritage.
Numerous hiking trails and rivers are nearby.
Access to the holiday cottage is via a short, very steep concrete slope.
The holiday cottage is air-conditioned in the living room and in the two largest bedrooms.
