La Grange des Novis

This former barn has been transformed into a superb, comfortable, warm and friendly Holiday cottage. You'll find the charm of the past combined with a contemporary spirit. This beautiful stone building has preserved its history, respecting the nature of the place and the soul of the house.

On the ground floor of La Grange Novis, you'll find a large living room with a sitting area, fireplace, library, stereo system and a large, well-equipped kitchenette, as well as a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a bedroom with 2 90cm beds and a bedroom with a 160cm bed and 2 90cm Bunk beds. Also on this level are 2 bathrooms with Italian shower and 2 WCs. Upstairs, an attractive mezzanine area of over 30 m² with 2 beds 80x200 (which can be twinned into a large bed 160 on request), followed by a lower attic bedroom for Kids with 2 beds 90 (not included in the surface area), bathroom and WC. Baby Equipment available on request.

An outdoor area with magnificent views over the Doux valley and the Ardèche verte, terrace with dining area, barbecue, plancha, play area, swing, boules pitch...

On request, a separate 28 m² room is available, ideal for workshops, meetings or shared moments. Video projector and screen available on loan.

All linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival.

Patrick and Marie-Claude live on site and will be delighted to welcome you and help you discover the beauty and richness of the surrounding area. First shops 4 km away, Swimming in the Doux river 3 km away, departure of the vélo-rail and the Mastrou tourist train 3 km away.
