La Grange de Soyons

6 km from Valence-Sud, in the heart of the historic and typical village of Soyons, between the Rhône and the Ardèche hills, this self-contained Holiday cottage, at a distance from the owners' house, is the fruit of a long renovation project in an old agricultural barn that was also an artist's studio for a time.

The Holiday cottage takes the form of a vintage art-deco loft, with a large terrace reserved entirely for you by the swimming pool. It comprises an open-plan living area with a large bedroom, a sitting area, a fully-equipped kitchen and a modern, independent bathroom, all in a comfortable, typical atmosphere. The Holiday cottage is suitable for 2 people with a queen-size bed - 160 cm wide (+ an optional 2-year-old child). It is located opposite a large public parking lot (Blue Zone), with plenty of parking nearby. A covered and closed garage can safely accommodate bikes and motorcycles. Permanent free access to the 8 x 4 m Piscine and garden, shared with the owners.

The peaceful setting is close to many signposted footpaths, bordering the GR 42 and the ViaRhôna, part of the European Euro Vélo 17 itinerary, less than 500 m from the Holiday cottage. A great starting point for a wide variety of walks, Hiking tours and Bike / Mountain bike trails! On site, you can discover the Tour penchée and visit the prehistoric caves of Soyons, the archaeological Museums and the site of the Ardèche trains.

In the village, you'll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as a tennis court, squash, badminton and indoor soccer facilities, restaurants, a bakery with terrace and an attractive bar-cafeteria on the ViaRhôna.
