La Grange de Blaye

Beautifully restored with eco-friendly materials, the 16th-century Grange de Blaye offers modern, comfortable living in keeping with the charm of traditional Ardèche stone houses. The main building dates back to the 18th century, while the gîte dates back to the 19th century. Nestled in unspoilt, natural surroundings at an altitude of 1170 m, you'll appreciate the peacefulness of the setting. Adjoining the owners' house, you'll have your own private outdoor space.

Access to the Holiday cottage from the road via a small private path. At the top of the path, you'll be seduced by the magnificent view of the Loire, the surrounding Forest, meadows and mountains. You'll enjoy a terrace to admire this verdant landscape (garden furniture, deckchairs, plancha). Arranged over 3 levels, on the ground floor you'll find a living room with open-plan kitchen. WC. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms with magnificent views over the countryside (1 with 160 cm bed, 2 with 80 cm beds that can be twinned to form 160 cm beds), shower room with walk-in shower and WC. Upper floor: a spacious mezzanine under exposed beams for relaxing, reading or playing the piano (access to this room is reserved for the "alert" - steep Japanese staircase). For your comfort, beds made up, towels provided.
Electric vehicle charging facility (type 2 32A) Located a few kilometers from the village of Sainte Eulalie for basic shops and close to Mont Gerbier des Joncs Sources de la Loire. Cultural and heritage sites to discover, leisure activities to enjoy (hiking, cycling, mountain biking, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing in winter) and local produce to savor at the local markets! The Loire below the house is a renowned fishing area.
